Brief.

A leader among the world’s hotel group giants, Accor wanted to add a new sound territory that would be consistent and make an impact so as to embody its vision and reassert its new positioning across all of its messaging.

Boldness

Chut! on vous écoute therefore came up with a new overarching sound identity shaped by elements of the brand’s positioning, including daring, grandeur and human character.
Composed of a brand anthem and a sound and voice signature, this new sound identity is today deployed across all of Accor’s communication materials: TV and online campaigns, internal communications, telephony hold music, etc.

Modernity and energy

We therefore composed a modern brand anthem combining classical instruments and synthesisers.
Thanks to the shifting structure, the latter add an element of surprise while keeping a controlled, warm energy that brings across Accor’s values.

This sound identity not only strengthened Accor’s position but was also widely praised, winning gold at Top Com 2020 and an award in the Branding Music+Sound category.
With its new sonic branding, Accor has successfully asserted its brand image by engaging its audience in an innovative, memorable way and proving the effectiveness of a carefully thought out and well-executed sound strategy.
